        Audit in Latvian company

   There are some criteria for obligatory audit of companies. They are:

-          Sum of balance exceeds 250 000 LVL;

-          Net turnover exceeds 500 000 LVL;

-          Average number of employees exceeds 25 persons.

 Annual report of company must be verified by certified auditor if executes two from three above mentioned criteria.
