        Timescales and Fees

  Timescales:

• The company can be formed in two days if there is only one shareholder.
• Five days to form the company once the application to State Enterprise register has been signed and share capital has been transferred.
• 10-15 business days to obtain VAT number.
• Shelf companies are available (documents for registering are available in 5 days), whereby a one day visit is enough to handle all required documentation and visit to the bank.

   Fees:

• Company formation, bank account and VAT registration: €700 plus VAT;
• Shelf company, bank account and VAT registration: €1,000 plus VAT;
• Legal address in Latvia for company, incl. mail forwarding: : €80 plus VAT per month;
• Accounting services (This includes, complete accounting service, up to 50 entries per quarter.): €200 plus VAT per month;
